Xtech produces a business plan that includes technology requirements, personnel needs, budget allocation, time frames, hardware needs, network requirements, testing requirements, implementation requirements, change control process, maintenance program and training material and tools Xtech provides a complete set of requirements documents: business requirements, system requirements, data model, network configuration, hardware configuration documents, quality assurance and control Xtech builds customized software to implement the requirements documents. This includes integrating customized software with vendor supplied software and existing legacy systems. Xtech tests all the software modules, data bases, network protocols and hardware stability in 3 phases. Unit testing, Integration testing and End-to-End testing. Xtech uses a variety of Quality Assurance and Control tools and methods to ensure that all significant defects are repaired before implementation and to construct an implementation plan that involves all necessary user and client organizations. Xtech implements the project in a way to ensure that users and clients are not adversely affected from performing their daily tasks. Xtech provides maintenance and help desk support until the project is deemed stable and trouble free by you. Concurrent with production support, Xtech begins the process of turn over.
