Sincerity: We are always careful to understand our clients’ needs and concerns and only propose solutions that meet or exceed their expectations within their budgets. We do not sell out of an inventory pushing for the latest or most expensive solution. We will also give you our honest opinion on products, their advantages/qualities and inconveniences/limits.

Timeliness and efficiency: We work within our clients’ time requirements – we understand all about deadlines and crisis situations, so we can be available within an hour of a call for help during regular business hours, or we can be scheduled before or after regular business hours and weekends for special projects. We pride ourselves on being prompt, reliable and responsible professionals.

Creativeness and flexibility: We strive to provide our clients with a worry-free computer environment and when there are problems (equipment failure, software issues, you name it), we will utilize our creative thinking to come up with timely and satisfactory (to the client) solutions.
