Xtech will help you build and establish a Vision (looking at least five years out). We will help you in building that vision stated to everyone in the organization consistently and frequently; shared by everyone in the organization; a vision statement which will help guide managers and staff in making effective decisions on a day-to-day basis.

Mission
Xtech will help you build and establish Mission Statement or purpose statement. Referencing the enduring values, attitudes, and beliefs of the staff in the organization and providing a "meaning" to people's day-to-day activities.

Present & Desired States
Xtech will help you build and establish a list of current beliefs, behaviors, or practices and establishing a list of beliefs, behaviors, or practices that the organization believes are important to have.

Long Term Business Goals
Xtech will help you build and establish Long-Term Business Goals looking into the next couple of years into the future. Making these goals, (a) measurable, (b) time-specific, and (c) relative to current performance measures. Reviewing and revising these goals with you. Establishing and inculcating improvement programs (e.g., software process improvement) linked to specific business goals.
